Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've had PPI on a number of credit cards / loans over the years.
I've wondered whether they're valid. I tend to change jobs frequently. Most jobs I've had have lasted less than a year and I've been sold PPI when in probation periods and when I knew I was likely to be changing jobs.
Does any of that count as mis-selling?
Also, one credit card, I got 10 years ago. I was on a summer-job at the time and was a student for most of the time I was paying PPI insurance. It seems ludicrous that I was paying unemployment insurance when I was a student. Is there any chance of me claiming this back or will it be statute-barred?
