Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have written to Lloyds requesting Credit Card charges back and have received 2 standard letters saying these charges are fair......blah, blah, blah. I am now ready to take it to the next level of submitting a claim. My question however regards the N1 Form, and the way in which it should be completed.
I would also like to get some advice on the Cardholder Protection that was levied on the Card. Can I combine the Charges and the Payment Protection in the Claim? My gut feeling is that I should do them separately.
I offer help and advice in good faith, based on my knowledge and experience. I am NOT a legal or financial expert. There are many CAG members and site team who are better qualified. Please do not make major decisions based on my advice alone.I do not give advice via P.M's. If anyone can correct my mistakes or improve on my advice, please do.
