I'm currently in the process of claiming back my bank charges and have sent the lba letter which expires 7th July 2006 and am basically unsure what to do next.
I know it may be specified on this website but I'm still unsure on which prochedure to follow next.

If you have sent your preliminary letter and got no joy, and your lba letter (allowing 14 days) and got no joy, now you need to move onto claiming your money back through the courts.
Please post a thread in the relevant section - eg) Nationwide, Lloyds TSB etc - so we can follow your progress, and good luck
