Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm not sure if many of you venture into the CAG meets forum so I've decided to post some information within here to grab your attention! We are planning a meet on Friday 29th August in Birmingham, all of you are very welcome to come along. At the moment no solid plans have been made with regards to where we will be meeting but I can assure you that plenty of Alcohol will be involved
Re: Official CAG Meet: Birmingham, Fri 29th August
My dear Crusher, since I am not your beloved Dr, having clearly stated in my post that I WILL be..., it should be perfectly obvious to your time-warped self that it can be neither.
Since you have met me a few times, even with beer goggles on, I am surprised you needed to ask anyway.
Re: Official CAG Meet: Birmingham, Fri 29th August
After much deliberation, I have reluctantly decided that I will attend dressed as my avatar on the condition that honey, robdblynd & kia dress as their respective avatars.
