Hi Folks,
So glad i found this site,i just got my first letter back from the Royal Bank of Scotland, saying they have ordered 6 years of bank statements to see how much charges have been applied within that time, they said they will contact me within two weeks with either,a full response or an update in progress.
Bank charges have being doing my head in for years i am glad there is a way to fight back.
Time to start a thread in the RBS forum where others who have already been where you are now can keep an eye on your progress and answer your questions. Good luck!
