Hi guys. Just joined. Interested in reclaiming thousands in charges over the last 6 years from ltsb. Where do I find the example letters etc to help me on my way?
By the way, to keep the money that is not yours is as bad as the banks themselves man. Bad.

hi and welcome
First of all you need to read through the FAQs and understand what you need to follow. Then check in the library section for the letters you will need. These can be adjusted to add your own bank details etc.
Also you will find a thread for your particular bank....add your posts in ther and check others to gain advice and knowledge (after all knowledge is power apparently) and also you can keep people updated with your progress and maybe help others along the way.
This site is here to help people claim what is reightfully theirs, its also somewhere people can come for advice, so eb as free with your advice as you want you bank to be with money!!!
