Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

You need to make a start by reading the FAQs and the template letters, then having a look around the threads in your bank's forum. Arm yourself with all the information you can get and take the first step when you are ready. At that point, post a new thread in your bank's forum to report your progress and ask questions in. Good Luck!
