I have received my allocation questionnaireicon from the court along with the defence. This is pretty scary, is it normal for it to go this far??

On another note, I have looked everywhere and am probably being stupid but how do I put the stages of each of my claims like everyone else has at the bottom of each of my messages????:?

    Thanks
    Michelle

Thanks, this website is brilliant, nice to be able to contact people going through the same!

The claim is for about £800 including interesticon, however since then there have been a couple more charges, can I add them on do you know??

you can but you would need to complete a form and pay £35 (non claimable fee) to ammend your claim. Best bet is when they call to settle say you want those charges refunded and they may do it, otherwise just start a new claim afterwards.
