hi, i have a royalties gold account which i thought had an agreed overdraft i dont usually use the account but was stuck so payed on my debit card for sumthing and ended up get a total of £212 in charges for a £35 purchase.
Anyway i foned them up yesterday to ask about the charges the woman was really helpfull and put the charges bak in to my account.
now if only HSBC would be as helpfull and give me my money back
