Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been watching this forum and waiting very patiently with A& L . I know the charges from statementsi have kept, they only amount to £62.50 over 2 years but i am sick of the way they ahve treated me nby going overdrawn by £10 for 2 days. I ahve sent all the necessary letters and received standard replies, you know the one....."we make no secret of our charges etc"
I have now senta moneyclaim form and await their reply, i have 2 other accounts with HSBC and first direct so i dont care if they close my account, infact if they dont close it i will.
will keep you guys posted and cheers for this site, its about time we fought back
