Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi! I have just joined and am hoping that I can read all the info before the bank decides to charge me again! I would apprechiate any help on offer as I am finding the whole thing a tad confusing and am getting emotional (it's THAT time of the month!!) My problems lie with LloysTSB the devils, and as much as I can take responsibilty for mismanaging my account (shop, shop, shop, oppps bills to be paid!!) I consider it unfair that my charges this month are £30 higher than the ammount I was overdrawn!! I hope this reaches someone, I have little faith in anything today!!! xxx
When you are ready to start, post a thread in the Lloyds TSB section and we can keep an eye on your progress and you'll get lots of help and advice.
If you have a read around the forum in general you'll see just how many people have got their unlawful bank charges back, so do take heart from that.
Good luck
Please note that I am not a legal expert and all advice given is without prejudice and is purely my opinion only.
