    Hi, I got defaulted for bank charges last year after losing my job, and could not afford to pay the £181 charges what they stuck on my account. It got worse as they got a DCAicon threatening to take me to court for the amount outstanding, Natwest put a default on my account which stops me from getting any credit, I put in for my charges back after finding this site plus interesticon, but the other day they sent me a letter back saying the charges are lawful etc etc and they have logged my complaint. How can I get the default removed?And is there any way round getting my charges back from the robbing B******S, cheers.
