    Hi Antz

Contact info for Eggicon can be found here :-

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...es-please.html

I am afraid you will have to send a SARicon to them along with a £12 cheque.

When it gets to the court stage, there is a new POCicon here :-

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...gg-credit.html

Virgin (aka MBNAicon) Contact Address :-
    MBNA Europe Bank Ltd
    Chester Buisness Park
    Wrexham Road
    Chester
    CH4 9FB
    England

Lots of good pointers here :-

    Hope this helps,

Eggicon makes a standard response to SARicon, offering the customer 3 choices:

    (1) £5 for a computer listing of past penalty charges
    (2) £5 for full reprint of past monthly statements going back 6 yearsicon
    (3) £10 for an one-inch-high pile of paper prints on everything they maintained on computer for this account.

Options 1 and 2 would take no more than a week or two. Option 3 could take up to 6 weeks, especially as we are entering July the peak staff holidayicon season.

Egg are also likely to request a photocopy of passport or drivers licence, and an original utility (not copy) returnable. If quick resolution is a priority, best to include the documents to save another exchange of letters. Egg normally repays penalty charges without stalling or waiting for lawsuit.

Egg does not need N1. Just one or two special Egg template letters will do the trick -- they have done for about 40 CAGicon claimants, many of them delighted when they were repaid within a week of reclaiming.

Eggicon have 40 days to respond to your S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon). Allow 4 days for post, 44 days in total (not just working days) After the time has elapsed, and you have heard nothing (which is unusual) You can send this letter :-

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...n-act-non.html

As Mistermind says, when they do reply, option 2 is your best bet as long as your Mum has not been defaulted. If you think that is the case, then go with option 3.
