Hi everyone

This is just a quick note to introduce myself.
I joined the group to get information about recovering unfair bank charges.

I have been with Abbey icon

national for over 15 years and have had unfair charges a fair few times over this period but the final straw was last month, a DD for £32 was taken from my account and because of an over sight it left he account £6.52 OD. They then charged me £50 for this £20 admin icon

fee and £30 unauthorised OD fee.

So i'll be hitting the forums for help regularly as i haven't got a clue about all this stuff.

in the Abbey icon

forum to ask questions and update us on your progress.

Thanks for the response I've been reading through the FAQ's and forum etc, mmm lots to do

I'm sending a Data protection letter to get a list of the charges etc, but I cannot found out who you make the cheque payable to inregrads to the maximum £10 charge

Any ideas?
