Recieved a letter from Capital One This morning thanking me for my request saying they will send the data ASAP, this is very different from the last letter i recieved when they was demanding payments.

How do i do it becuase when i have tried it wouldn let me??
its says this:

Very strange, it might have just been a glitch? Try again and if you still can't get in, PM me and I will alert a Mod to see if there is a problem.
