    Default reclaiming time

    Took out a loan with PPIicon in 1999 and then paid that off in 2001 and then later that year took out another loan with ppi again. I know on the Bank fees reclaiming you can go back 6 yearsicon; am I too late to claim on these or is there a little hope?

    Any thoughts please.

    If the second loan is/was still in the past 6 yearsicon and was used to consolidate the pat or all of the first, then IMO you should be able to claim for the PPIicon on both loans.

    Norton Finance - Owe me over £6000 for mis-sold PPI - Starting court action in the new year!

    Barclaycard PPi - Ongoing (Being complete tos*ers!)
