Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just had a barclaycard PPI rejection letter saying that they have ordered a copy of my application form showing that I chose to take out PPI!!! which I dont remember doing as I got my barclaycard with a £300 limit at the age of 19 in 2003 which why would I get it with a £300 limit.
"I must advice you that compensation is not available in this case"
However I got another letter dated same day .... offering me the difference in late payment charges amounting to £230 and saying they do not admit any liability and it is a good will gesture ... Do you think they are trying to sweeten me with this offer .....as I never even challenged the late payments as I was gonna wait for the outcome of the OFT report.
