Hi stacy. am just about to send letter but am unable to download the spreadsheet for interest etc.. so have just done my own one listing all of the charges, amounts and dates. Should I send this with my letter? Also I'm not overly bothered about claiming back the interest and really will be happy to just get all of the charges refunded. What do you think?
yeah you might as well do if you've got it, they cant say they don't have a Breakdown then. Its entirely up to you re the interest!

Hi again stacy. Have managed to sort spreadsheet.......eventua lly. So just let me make sure, am I right in thinking that next I send the letter stating the amount of unpaid dd charges and the amount they have charged me in interest for going overdrawn and then put the total? I saw a message saying that it ia a big mistake to ask the bank for 8% interest at this stage but there is a column highlighting it on the spreadsheet? I'm a little confused?
