Hi all,
I've received a parking fine (code 62) for parking my motorbike at the end of a bicycle line rack full of bicycles. A major worksite run along the length of the bicycle rack, so there was no space for anyway to walk in between the rack and the work site. My bike was out of the way and not obstructing the path in any way and there was plenty of pavement to walk. I have parked my bike in bicycle racks in other areas and I never had any problem. I would apreciate advise on whether I can contest the ticket and on which grounds.
I hope I make sense, here's a sketch parking fine on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
Many thanks
