I sent a letter to Barclays for a copy of PPI Premium Agreement arrived today but without the copy of Term & Condition! so I wondering if anybody got a copy for Barclays Business Loan in 2004 please

Send a Subject access request with a statutory fee of £10 and thy are bound to supply all the information that you ask for under the Data Protection Act 1998..

Check the other threads and ask for everything data wise they hold on you as a data subject within their organisation.

Hi Alan,
Yes, I did send S.A.R - (Subject access request) which arrived couple of weeks ago. I rang them for PPI Premium Agreement & the TC, only the PPI Agreement arrived yesterday but no sign of TC.

Hello bobbie,

keep at them, tell them you require all data that is applicable to you. The TC and anything else you think may help you. I would also explain you require the data from whatever format they hold, electronic, paper, tape, microfisch, cd in fact just mention all formats that they use to record documents and data.
