Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am partway throuugh completing the Moneclaim online form and in the details have laid out my claim using the template in this forums library and claim for interest as per their own template I am now up to 1078 characters (max 1080 Characters)without detailing the amount claimed or the interest.
Does this need to be included in this section or do i just put toal claim in the relevant boxes
Although you registered in March, I see this is only your 2nd post. Hopefully you have done loads of reading round though, even if you have not been tempted to reply. [Some of us are too nosey not to!]
If you go to the Bank templates library and then find the 'Guide notes for completing moneyclaim', you will find help regarding the wording of the claim, they seem to include amount claimed and interest within the 1080 character limit.
Alternately, some of the threads show the wording other people have used in theirs.
