Hello, to all you money reclaimers!
I have been trying to reclaim the money that i have been paying since 2003 for PPI on a Debenhams store card (GE Money). The people at GE Money just won't play ball and have concluded that they will not refund any money to me, despite my claim that i was mis-sold.
Has anyone out there been successful claiming money from this company:idea:
Should i take them to court
I have had several successful reclaims for credit card payments including Goldfish (Morgan & Stanley), Barclaycard, Bank of Scotland, and Mint. I have also claimed from Blackhorse (which is also ongoing as they have only given a token payment as a gesture of goodwill)and has a successful reclaim for PPI from Barclaycard.
All in all i have reclaimed almost £2000 but am sure that i can claim more, and am not willing to give this up!
Any advice will be greatly received, or if you have a story to tell about your reclaim i would like to hear it
