    Red face Ricky V Lloyds TSB start 05/07/06

    Hi Guys

    i only found out about being able to claim back your bank charges today after talking to my mum and nan who watch far too much day time tv, (luckily for me!) anyway i did a bit of digging round the interent and found this website and have spent the entire day checking out peoples threads and reading their stories.
    My own story is something similar i estimate that this year alone i have spent over £600 on bank charges! i have an overdrafticon facility that i never seem to tbe able to clear as i am constantly being charged for this and that and my account is like a black hole and its starting to swallow me up.

    as im new to all of this i would really appreciate it if i could get some advice on how to start making my claim with my bank. what are the initial steps i need to take? i am doing my reading of the articles on the website and would be more than happy to donateicon to this site should i be able to reclaim som eof that lost cash!

    any help would be greatly appreciated
