Hi all , Started today to look at statements and things.
On my current account statement there is a " class staircas" ( their spelling not mine) d/d to RBS that has taken out nearly £1400.
Does anyone know what this is ?
Thanks

No idea, but i think you ought to write to the bank and ask them. Was that one transaction? Is your bank account with RBS (i'm assuming that's Royal Bank of Scotland)?
I'm midway through the tunnel, but getting closer to the light.
