I have now recieved a letter from elite debt collections regarding a disputed pcn. The fine has now gone up to £110 and they demand that i pay it within 3 days or else it will go to lawyers.
I have been following the template letters for a while now, and have written to them advising them of the dispute I have with tps. I have also written to tps (again) with the cease and desist letter. I am hopeful that this will be the end of the matter. but have a feeling it won't.
