i no its the same , but ive had a letter off the bank sayin they have stayed the claim , do i wait to see what the out come is

Hi there, yes keep going with your claim, so its in the court, it will probably get stayed, but at least its in the court.So when the Oft case is finished, and everyone starts claiming, you will already have done yours. Good luck.
