I have been a customer of the BOS fpr 13 years, 5years ago the swines made me cash in my with profits policy to pay off the bill payment account and to clear my easy cash account.
As |I at that time had the mortgage with them I had no alternative but to do this.
Question is can I pursue to try and recover moneys paid to the bos as most was incurred through charges and overdraft chargesand retuned dd.
