bought car in march from dealer.noticed a few things that needed sorted and told salesman.he said they would all be done before we got the car.since then the car has been in a total of 4 weeks to get an oil leak fixed this last time it took me getting the engine cleaned at my own expense, so i could point out the leak(even thought they had been told).they took the car on tuesday 27th.we got a call yesterday saying the car was ready and would be brought bck last night.this morning we rang the salesman and he informed us that they had found anothe leak and the car would now be back on monday.as you can imagine i and my family are fed up with this we have spent a week of school holidays not being able to go out with the kids.what are my chances of getting back wasted costs? I.E. road tax insurence finance(we took out a small amount to top up our cash),and advice would be most welcome
thanks

Did they give you a lone car while yours was being repaired? thats about all you can expect! Lucky they are putting leak right! could be expensive depending where its leaking from, especially bearings or gearbox?
