    Default CCAs - LLOYDS TSB

    As suggested I am starting a new threadicon for each of my credit cards and uploading the CCAs I have received.

    I hope I have posted in the right place!!

    I have 7 others received to date which I shall put in separate threads.

    What I have uploaded is ALL that I have received.

    This particular one is just 2 pages of an application form and there was NO accompanying letter.

    If this upload works and I have started the new thread correctly I shall upload the others. Here goes .......................

    Hi, yes that has worked fine. I suspect you should start the thread in another location though so you can get more people to look at it - most of the experts lurk in the debt collectionicon industry forum.

    BTW I suspect this might be a 'proper' agreement if it is the front and back and not a Blue Peter special - a bit hard to read...

    LTSB Bus Acct £1650 charges w/o against o/s balance - WON

    Halifax Pers Acct £1650 charges taken from benefits - WON

    CL Finance - 3 court claims re GE storecards 2 withdrawn, 1 hanging by a thread
    Hillesden/DLC re Barclaycard - ongoing battle re validity of CCA - £3.5K
    Clydesdale - charges more than balance - valid CCA:o - onto 4th DCA so far
    LTSB card - £7K - no CCA - destroyed after 6 years! - latest DCA - AIC

    GE Money sec loan - £1900 in charges - settlement agreed
    GE Money sec loan - ERC of £2.5K valid for 15 years - on standby
    FirstPlus - missold PPI of £20K for friends - WON
