Hello All,
I work in Newham, not one of the best areas for me with these parking tickets.
I got a letter from an equita Certified balliffs, its states
‘’ We are instructed by the London borough of Newham in connection with the warrant of execution granted against you by the traffic Enforcement centre at Northampton county court under the road traffic Act 1991''.
To clear my arrears, within 24 hrs
I have 2 different letters from the same people for a parking offence since last year.
One is demanding £224 and the other is £ 184.
The question I want to ask is how do I address this issue
and most importantly would this be recorded on my credit file as a CCJ
