I parked my car on the footpath (which is wide enough for 2 cars). I know I should not park the car on the footpath, but I parked it at midnight hoping to drive the car away by 7 am. I saw a ticket on my car when I woke up in the morning and went out to my car. The ticket was timed at 01:12, which means the traffic warden fined me at 1 am !!!!!!!!!
Well, I guess i have to pay the fine, but is there anyway I can appeal? like can I find out of the warden was off duty?
