Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was wondering if there is a template letter that i could send to Trading Standards to complain a =bout a company not supplying a cca. Also, do i need to send the letter to Trading Standards where i live or where the company is based?
Hi
When I complained about Crap 1 I wrote to my local TS who wrote back telling me they don't deal with individual complaints but said they would pass it to Crap 1's home TS (Nottingham).
I also e-mailed complaint to TS in Nottingham as I didn't have much faith in my local one.
I did get a reply from Nottingham but all it was good for was wiping your bum with!!!!!!!!!

TS seem to be passing the book more and more, instead of recording the complaint, instead insiting it does not deal with individual complaints, and that it should be directed to Consumer Direct.
Local Authority TS's are getting more and more bone idle.
Thanks
- Hobbie
