I bought Samsung LE32R74BD LCD T.V £1049 2 years ago
The problem is that I have recently purchase Playstaiton 3 when trying to connect it through the HDMI source I can’t get a picture to display, I then thought it could be the lead so I paid out £40 for a new lead still the same problem, I then tried my Playstation 3 on another LCD television which worked with no problems.
One concludes that the HDMI input is faulty from new. I know my T.V is 2 years old but having not tested the HDMI source until I got a Playstation 3 how would I know that it was faulty in the first year of purchase.
Have i got a case against comet?
When i spoke to comet customer service they told me it is up to the customer to fully test the equipment in the first year, but not having anything to test with until i got the ps3 how could i test it!!!!
