    Default rino v bos

    I should have posted this when i started, Ive been following a lot of other peoples claims with interesticon so heres mine;

    DPA sent with permission to take £5
    statements received from BOSicon no problem (with a letter stating no manual intervention is required for charges).
    charges from last 6 yearsicon £1050. (i now believe in scotland it should only be 5 years but no matter now).
    letter demanding it back with 14 days deadline sent.
    14 days later bos offer £90, i phone them to say thanks but no thanks and i will continue my claim, they offer £320 i again decline saying im continuing for the total.

    16/06/06 lbaicon sent with 14 days given
    30/06/06 letter received from bos offering £320.

    now i will file the claim at small claims on 06/06/06 .

    one question though , do i put my local branch managers name as whom im claiming against?

    your banks 'Head Office' will do, your claim is against the company not an individual.

    Bank of Scotland round 1: £740 + costs settled, still sore over the 8% grrr
    Bank of Scotland round 2: £629 +101.15 interest +£39 costs settled.

    Its entirely up to you, they'll probably say no anyway, also do you mind losing your 8% interesticon? if not try ringing. good luck

    I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!

    Unfortunately i'm not an expert in any given field legally and my advice and that of the Consumer Action Group and the Bank Action Group is given without prejudice and without liability so please if in any doubt whatsoever seek help from an insured qualified professional. Contents of my posts are purely my own personal opinions and not condoned or endorsed in any way, shape or form by CAG. Thank you!

    they didn't pay my 8% interest. I even went to court to get it and the judge said no.
