Thread: rino v bos

I should have posted this when i started, Ive been following a lot of other peoples claims with interest so heres mine;

DPA sent with permission to take £5
statements received from BOS no problem (with a letter stating no manual intervention is required for charges).
charges from last 6 years £1050. (i now believe in scotland it should only be 5 years but no matter now).
letter demanding it back with 14 days deadline sent.
14 days later bos offer £90, i phone them to say thanks but no thanks and i will continue my claim, they offer £320 i again decline saying im continuing for the total.

16/06/06 lba sent with 14 days given
30/06/06 letter received from bos offering £320.

now i will file the claim at small claims on 06/06/06 .

one question though , do i put my local branch managers name as whom im claiming against?

I,m thinking of giving them a call in the morning to say ive got the small claim forms filled out and ready to go but give them one last chance to pay up before i take this action.

anyones advice on whether or not to do this or what to say would be most apprecaited.
