Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Has anyone had a loan through GE Capital Woodchester circa 2003, If so, what is the wording by 'document type' on your copy of the credit agreement.
I have had 2 loans through them the first was a resticted loan (towards a car) and the secound a direct loan. Both CCA's say 'Document Type: Comsumer Loan'. If the direct loan's CCA is heading incorrectly i.e. type of document, then I beleave the agreement is void. so your help is needed.
