Bank Charges Reclaiming News: Result in the High Court test case!...

Surprised this hasnt been posted as a seperate talking point yet?

So it seems the banks still think they are above the law and that fairness doesnt relate to their charges

Given the OFT's rather poor showing during the initial court case, whats the chances of them making it 2-nil?
