2 weeks ago tried to reclaim PPI on store card, GE money had sent all info i wanted, i then sent letter asking for refund ,ok only claiming just over £120, but as a goodwill gesture paid up in full ,plus acouple of quid for inconvenience. gobsmacked,thanks Roxy:o
just a quick "thanks guys" for all your info , NEXT a car fiance company who thinks £26 late payment charges are justified and reclaiming them only applies to banks and cc companies, and NOT to them,..... we ll see............ Roxy
