Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone. I have an 07 maxima se with 12600 miles and was leased last July from the dealer. This thursday I went to the dealer to have a noise checked and was told that both my shocks are broken. The charge is $580 to fix at the dealer so I went to my fathers job because I new I could get a better deal. When his boss call Nissan parts to get a price on parts he was told that the shocks should be under warranty. I also went onto some online forums and spoke to actual Nissan service technicians and was told the parts are covered, unless they can prove that I am responsible for breaking them (ie hitting a major pot hole...etc). is anyone familiar with this warranty or know if it exists? I would like to bring some form of documentation when I go back to the dealer on Tuesday . Also ,what should be my next step if they still refuse to replace the struts?
If Nissan Say The Are Under Warranty Then Go Back To The Dealer And Explain To Him What Nissan Have Said And If You Don`t Get What You Want,go To Nissan.
