Thumbs down sorry, its a long one!!!!

I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Wilson and Co at Bolton. When we collected it, there was a few scratches on it which we had spotted before and informed them of, but had not been repaired. We were then asked to return at a later date to rectify this.
On the way home, we noticed the exhaust was noisy, we took the car immediately to our local garage who informed us that the back box was blowing, this itself should have made it fail the mot which had been done that day. The following morning I phoned Wilson and Co, who said if I took it back the following day it would be repaired as well as the scratches. The following day we drove the 65 miles again to Wilson and Co. Upon arriving there we were informed that the person who deals with the paintwork was not there and the part for the exhaust had not been ordered and would take another 2 days. We then had to drive the 65 miles back home.
The following day the alarm on the car was constantly sounding, we would deactivate the alarm, then minutes later it would sound again, this happened all throughout the night. The following day my husband had to get a taxi to work and I had to take the day off work to look after the car as to prevent the alarm sounding we had to keep it unlocked.
I again phoned Wilson and Co who said the exhaust would be in the following day, so we could get all the work done then.
The following day I had to again take the day off work and my husband took a taxi to work and home again as the alarm was still sounding. When my husband returned we took it straight to Wilson and Co, we arrived at around 2.15 pm. By 6.15 we were told that the exhaust was done and the paintwork but the alarm was still not repaired although we could go to any Network Q or Vauxhall garage, with the part numbers we had been given and the work would be done free of charge under the warranties covered by Network Q and Vauxhall.
The following day I phoned the Network Q garages local to me, JCT 600 at Castleford. I was informed that the parts would be ordered and booked a date for the repairs.
10 minutes later the booking advisor,XXXXX, called me to inform me that payment would need to be made upfront for the parts. I informed her that this was covered by warranty and she said she would call back. She phoned me back and informed me that we would have to have another diagnostic check, which could incur a charge to us, and then they would decide if they would do the work. I advised her that we had already had the diagnostic check done and if she would like a copy we would get it for her. This was not allowed and she said that they would only do the work if they did the diagnostic themselves, again which we could be charged for.
Obviously, with Network Q advertising the “comprehensive warranty” , “network Q ownership promise” and “ network Q multipoint check”, these problems should have been picked up immediately, before we had bought it.
I phoned Network Q on 2 occasions during these problems, both times being told that I should return it to Bolton, and Network Q could not do anything, I was also advised to phone Vauxhall, who also advised me to return it to Bolton.
They are blatantly falsely advertising the fact that you can return it to any Vauxhall or Network Q dealership, when both of those say I couldn’t without incurring a cost to myself.
Reluctantly, I rung Bolton to book the car in, again incurring fuel costs for the 130 mile round trip. THe car was booked in and fuly repaired, they filled the tank with fuel and returned it to us, a couple of weeks later we booked it into an independant garage to check the work was okay and they informed us that the spare was missing, on a zafira its in a cage under the car and the only way it can be taked without damage to the cage is by loosening a bolt in the boot, i had noticed when it came back from the garage a pen out of the glove box was missing, now the spare too. I again contacted wilson and co who refused again to answer my emails.....anyone any ideas what i can do? Vauxhall do not respond to emails and i am not sure who to turn to to resolve this?

    Thanks Jenny
