Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
"Current account providers are to appeal a court ruling over overdraft charges that looked set to allow consumers to reclaim billions of pounds, it was reported today. Last month, a high court judge ruled that the charges came under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulation 1999, paving the way for the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to challenge current fees."
Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Of course they are going to appeal the longer it drags on the better for them, as they are still applying charges to accounts and don't have to deal with any complaints. So they will continue to make their £4 BILLION profit for another 12 months at least. Consumer's rights we ain't got none.
