Got a letter this morning in response to my prelim letter off james craig saying HBOSicon disagrees with the oft statement and as from 1/8/06 default fees will be £12 etc..
and no refund charhges are due to me etc...
I presume its to try and discourage me from claiming???

Do i just carry on with my plan and send the letter before actionicon ???

Doesnt sound as if the halifax are push overs!!!

You need to read through the FAQ section, in full (i.e. not just the Frequently Asked Questions).

In all likelihood you will see the money in your account within a week or so, but you can't afford to get this far and not be aware of the 'next move'. This need not be scary, but it most certainly is very important.
