a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We have recently booked a holiday for 22 people and now 5 people cannot come, on the operator website they say that the cancellation charge is just the deposit as long as it is over 56 days before we travel.
We have tried to cancel with them but they are saying that now that we have to pay the deposit plus the price of the flight as they book the flight seperate.
They do not mention any of this on their website they only mention the deposit price to cancel.
The name of the company is Hello Holidays if that helps ?
Can they do this if it is not mentioned on their website so therfore we have not agreed to this
