Statutory Declaration refused, had to file a N244 form
Does anyone know what happens after you have filed form N244 ?
I know i have to attend at my local court regarding original parking ticket BUT what happens IF the judge refuses to overturn the statutory declaration (which has been refused)
Any advice would be great !!
I seem to be stuck as to what happens next !
Has anyone else had to got to this stage ?

Many local authorities reject an Out of Time in the belief that you will not bother to attend a hearing. Our office finds that many people are successful when attending court for the N244 hearing but you should ensure that you have provided any additional information to support your claim in plenty of court and served a copy on the LA within the time frame provided.
If the court rejects your application......then the warrant of execution is active once again and the bailiff is then instructed to re start enforcement action.
It is for this reason that you should use this period of time to ensure that you have requested a Breakdown of the fees and charges from the bailiff company and request if possible a copy of the screen shot of your account.
