Default Taking the CSA to magistrates court

    Hi

    Wonder if anyone can help.

I owe small arrears to CSA - I am paying it back under protest within 24 month period in line with agency steer.

    I ask this question.

Is it possible or indeed feasible that this would stand up in court under "demanding money with menaces".

I ask this as they keep ignoring my letters regarding arrears being incorrect - end of.

    Hi al1912

    GRRRRRRRR ......... the CSA

Im in the same sort of situation as you (al1912). 2 weeks ago i owed approximately £10'000 in arrears but this week i only owe approximately £8000

12 months ago the CSA passsed approximately £7000 arrears to a debt collectionicon agency, which i have been paying.

When the CSA write to me telling me that my arrears are £8000 they are failing to take into consideration the £7000 they have already passed to the debt collection agency!!!!!!
