Default Claim back PPI from RBS Credit Card - Help needed

    Hi

I am trying to claim back PPIicon from RBSicon credit card which I never signed for.

I had a credit limit of £10K last year and cleared my balance every month however some months this would be £3K as it was used for company expenses so the PPI some months was approx. £40

I contacted RBS in September last year to cancel the PPI as I had never requested it and at the time requested a copy of my credit card agreement. They (without giving me any notice) cancelled my card as they stated they did not have a credit agreement for the card

I sent of my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) in March and have just received my statements but only 6 yearsicon worth when I have had the card since approx. 1993.

What do I do now with regards to obtaining statements previous to 2002 and are there any templates for reclaiming PPI from credit cards

    thanks

    Hello Pjd,

It is there standard practice to just send you 6yrs worth. Sent a non-compliance letter under the dpa. You will find one in the bank template letter sticky. Tell them exactly what you wish, maybe even mention the Money Laundering regulation
