How long do RBS usually take to send statements once they have cashed the cheque - it has been about a week, and they are 28 days into the 40 day period. Do they wait until the last minute? Halifax sent statements within a week. Have been concentrating on mmy Hal claim as it is bigger - and there are alot more "settled in full" people - maybe RBS just more difficult?
Just be patient they will be here soon, my Nationwide ones took 30 days, they all vary! and dont forget they've probably got a backlog now of people claiming their bank charges back!! lol they're probably snowed under! if no joy by day 40 come back and let us know ok?

I got mine 2 weeks before the 40 day deadline. Not had anything off Barclays yet tho, they sent me a letter tho saying they are three weeks behind because they have had such high demand.
