Help Please -- I'm trying to claim back about £15k I paid back in PPI.
I went through a broker called Central Capital loan from Paragon they have responded to me saying I took my loan out the 11th January 2005 and the FSA only regualted this on the 14th January 2005 so it came under General Insurance and would need to comply is this true.
I contacted the Financial Ombudsman as this is what the FSA instructed me to do but Central Capital part of Central Trust Group basically didn't even register with the GISC so I'm at a loss. Basically they are telling me it all my fault I should of made my own mind up. No help or advise offered.
