hi all sorry i havent been on in a while but i moved house 21st july and have just got my broadband connected anyway to update you all i recieved my list of charges from woolwich dated 27th july they have charged me £1148.50 on one account but in my SAR i asked for current account and mortgage account details only the current account has come through has anyone any advice as to my next course of action?????

well everyone im stuck dont know what i should be requesting back i have received just 1 a4 sheet from woolwich detailing my charges which consist of £27.50 charges £30.00 charges and interest charges. I DONT KNOW IF THEYRE TRYING TO FOB ME OFF it doesnt look like the complete list of transaction which i asked for just the charges can anyone advise me the a4 sheet looks like this.

rc = returned cheque
uc = unpaid dd
od = unauthorised daily overdraft fee
qc = gaurenteed cheque charge

i know its a bit much to ask but im really in a pickle ive looked at this for ages and cant decide what charges i claim for on the spreadsheet and dont really understand if i should include the unauthorised daily overdraft fee as a charge or interest advice great received thanks in advance !

You can claim for all the above charges. If you think they have missed some off you can ask them for all the statements. Paddy have you ever been reimbursed for any charges over the phone? If you have it may be worth calling them and asking which ones as they still would have included them on the above list. (I.e making you claim back too much causing a few more obstacles later)

thanks thailand was just unsure and didnt want to fill out the spreadsheet as you say claiming too much and then putting my claim back as regards to refunds ive never had a refund off the woolwich but hey pretty soon ill be having them all back hopefully thanks for the reply much appreciated !

just recieved a letter from woolwich thank you for taking the time to tell us of dissatifaction blah blah blah blah will respond by 18 th sept ????? dont think so lba due to be sent 7 sept so woolwich heres lookin at you kid !!!!!!

Too right the Padster! I had the same letter - those same bog standard responses just help us to help each other to know whats around the corner. I predict you wont get a response until late lba or MCOL

ok folks 7 th september arrived headed for post office 1st in the door .posted my lba registered post to those kind people in the woolwich in jackson road clacton on sea. wonder how long ill have to wait to get a reply from this 1???? any thoughts peeps as to how long ???? maybe we should get a book going ha ha ha good luck everyone!

Since they 'should' be getting back to you by the 18th September they might comment off the back of your lba too errrrrmm let me guess Thankyou blah, here's a pathetic offer blah oh and blah blah blah! (i didn't get an offer because I told them not to bother LOL)
