    Pursuing a debt in dispute
Issuing a Court claim on a debt in dispute
    Insufficient POCicon
    Ignoring CPR Part 18 requests
Ignoring CPR part 36icon settlement offers

    The list goes on...

Always happy to help where I can!
Beware of legal advice given on a private forum - do you REALLY know who is posting? Are they REALLY accountable for their posts? What if you follow their advice and get something wrong?

    Mine is another...

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ml#post1183892

Two claims issued against me in an attempt to turn unsecured debts into charging orders placed on the house.

They sort of beat me on one the other is still being fought - they're trying to enforce an application form!

Pretty nasty to deal with and it's their usual MO to try to intimidate.

Hi there Rest on a Sunday

Could you please let us know why you are requesting the information please. That way, someone might be able to offer more assistance.

    Regards, Kenny

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-

Default Rule 1: check the validity of every default notice issued

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...t-1527558.html

be it noted on the above thread that restons have admitted that a default notice they have served is 'defective' :

it is suggested that there is a finite possibility that

is is just one of hundreds or thousands of such notices that that could be 'defective'

roughly ...the wording should be 14 days from date of service of the letter

    and not 14 days
