Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Yesterday I booked a shuttle service from Palma airport to a hotel and back for next week.
I booked on the Resorthoppa website and a confirmation was emailed to me. However instead of 2 adults it states 1 adult and 1 child. I have tried to ring them today to have this amended. I have tried the 0871 number from the website and also the geographical number from the 'say no to 0870' website.
Neither number is recognised. Now obviously Im left worried that I may have paid and booked a service thats not going to happen.
Has anyone used Resorthoppa. I know they are based in Birmingham.
Whoops, false alarm. I just rang another company in the same building who assures me they are still in business and that there is probably just a problem with the lines being down today.
Big sigh of relief
